Please find below the registration form for the day camp program being hosted for the Pilot Project day this upcoming Friday, October 10th. This camp includes scheduled games and activities in the realm of physical fitness such as dodgeball, freeze tag, fishes and whales, as well as sports such as basketball, badminton, and soccer. Off-site excursions such as walking on the trail or going to areas such as the Middle School are also potential possibilities as well. While physical fitness is a staple of the camp, arts and crafts and more brain-based activities are supplied too as breaks between camp activities with acts such as Jeopardy and Bingo being offered. It is $25 per child to register, with drop-off beginning at 7:45am, and the final time for pick-up being 5:30pm. A reminder email will be sent out on the day prior to those registered on what to bring.

During this program your child may be offsite to visit external locations. By filling out your child’s information below and paying for the program, you are agreeing to have your child off-campus for activities during the day.
